Outlook Live Email

Currently it is our understanding that Outlook Live's email restrictions
include a limitation of only 100 bulk mail deliveries. This is an issue
for us for a couple of reasons, one being the need to send mass
emergency alerts, and the other to accommodate Listserv's. If you have
found a work around solution for this issue, please share it with us, we
would appreciate it.
