Lower Merion update

For those that had missed it, 2 IT staff were named (among others) in  
the most recent lawsuit resulting from the Lower Merion spycam  
fallout.  I also noted that the litigation was facilitated by a court  
order to notify all impacted students of when pictures were taken and  
how many.
