Physical security for racks

We're planning to put some servers into an area that is less secure
than our primary machine room.  We'd like to put them into server
racks that are physically secured (locked, heavier steel panels, etc).

Does anyone have a product that they would recommend?

Data will be encrypted in transit, but stored in clear-text, and
that's what we want to protect.  I'd like something between a locked
file cabinet and a safe.  Breaking in should require serious tools
(eg, reciprocating saw), and several minutes.

We don't need fire/flood protection or environmental control.  These
aren't critical machines, so we're not concerned about protecting the
power or network cables going into the rack, or protecting the
equipment from damage (eg, pouring water into the vents).

We purchased the "Platinum" enclosure from www.e-systemsgroup.com
(purchased through www.mainlinecomputer.com).  It meets our needs
marginally.  As delivered, I could pull the side panels off, but they
are going to send me "specially made cam locks" to fix the problem.
There are other points that are more vulnerable than I'd like.
