Dee,
RIT has been using Second Life in coursework for almost two years. Because it's hosted at Linden Labs, our stipulation 
with Online Learning was that users be presented with an informal terms of use advising that the placement of Private 
or Confidential information was prohibited. I believe there have been some issues from the student conduct side 
regarding inappropriate behavior.
