SIEM products

If any schools are using SIEM products, specifically Cisco MARS, Q1Labs QRadar, and NitroSecurity's ESM, please email 
me off-list.  I'd like to ask your likes/dislikes of product.  I'm quite interested in the SIEM solutions that have 
netflow and NBA/NBAD capability and if having netflow and NBA/NBAD capability has helped with any of your incidents.
