Security/Vulnerability Assessment RFP

Hello, everyone!

 

I'm developing a RFP for an Information Security vulnerability
assessment and security audit.  I envision a three step process to
holistically inspect the College's Information Security 'health &
fitness', policies, legal compliance, systems and design for
vulnerabilities and risk...and remediate those vulnerabilities before
closing the project with a formal security audit & report for
executive/board review (and benchmarking).  

 

Does anyone have a good example of an RFP for the above that they would
be willing to share?  Was it successful?  Scope issues?
