BaaS - Backup as a Service

We are looking into Backup as a Service (ie. backing up data to the "cloud") for some servers.  I'm wondering if anyone 
is currently using "cloud" backup and how well it is working for your institution.

Also, I'd be interested if anyone is using any of the companies below for backups.

*         SunGard

*         U.S. DataTrust

*         AmeriVault
