Anyone using Drivelock + TPM?

Does anyone have experience rolling out drivelock + TPM for laptop drive protection? Our PC management team has run 
into several snags, mainly around people forgetting their password and no avenue of admin access seems to be available. 
If anyone has experience with drivelock + TPM please contact me either on- or off-list.
