Does your University or College have a personally identifiable
information (PII) program?
-> Yes.
Does your University/College have a policy that all workstations and
servers will be scanned for PII?
-> Yes. Servers every year, workstations rotatating through 3 year, plus encryption where appropriate.
Do you use commercial Data Leakage Protection software?
-> No.

Do you use "shareware" or "freeware" PII / sensitive number software?
-> Yes
