First,
I must say there are several grammatical errors  in such a document that supposedly hopes to bring back some level of
integrity to the ch domain registry. Without doubt there have been certain organizations working towards that movement.
I do recall a interview in CNN Tech Spot. However, I seriously doubt the validity onf this mail
