Gary,
Verizon and few of the mainstream ISPs were also being blocked. We were using the ZEN list, but changed back to the 
xbl-pbl lists.

Our e-mail administrator reported having to disable our Spamhaus RBL
the week before last last due to a sudden increase in rejection of
messages, some from major ISPs like Comcast.

Anyone seen anything similar?
