Ph.D. Committee Member Sought

I am seeking a fifth-member other-institution
Ph. D. committee member for soft computing
network security analysis research.  By "soft
computing" I mean expert systems, artificial
neural networks, fuzzy logic, genetic
programming and such.  Must be academically
published.

My master's research was on parallel and
distributed computing.
