Web Application Vulnerability Assessment RFB

I am interested in reviewing any rfb's that have been developed for
externally contracted web application vulnerability assessments
especially if they included references/requirements related to OWASP top
10 web application vulnerabilities or SANS top 10 vulnerabilities.
Please forward me copies of or send me links to any rfb's you may have
