Privacy Seminars at EDUCAUSE Regional Conferences

I wanted to draw your attention to some exciting content on privacy
topics at the upcoming EDUCAUSE regional conferences. The
EDUCAUSE/Internet2 Security Task Force in cooperation with the National
Association of College and University Attorneys will be holding half-day
seminars on "Essential Privacy Practices for Academic Organizations" at
each of the regional conferences.  Each seminar will be presented by a
team to include campus experts who are legal counsel, privacy officers,
and IT policy adminstrators. Additionally, the EDUCAUSE Mid-Atlantic
Regional Conference in Baltimore will feature a closing keynote address
by the University of Pennsylvania's Chief Privacy Officer on "The
Privacy Landscape in the Academy".
