We purchased Netscreen ISG-2000's and a NSMXpress. 

They will be in some sort of HA. If we go with route mode we were
thinking of load balancing across them.

How about some more detail?  We used Netscreen 100s and 5200s at my last
job.  I loved them.  They are really easy to use.  Are you setting them
up in HA?
