We control all inbound AND outbound port 25 usage. Legitimate,
IT-endorsed mail servers are all that are allowed either way. Rationale
includes ensuing mail is scanned prior to delivery/transfer. We do allow
POP/IMAP/Webmail/etc. outbound.
