Cisco CSA Issues

Anybody out there using Cisco CSA and experiencing a condition where
traffic/processes are being blocked but not logged to the central
console (even though they may be getting logged on the local machine)?
I've got an admin experiencing this problem who could probably use a
little advice.  Thanks.
