We just moved from Sophos PureMessage to IronPort appliances. So far, we are finding a much more effective capture
rate. I can give more specifics offline.

Anthony:
We use Sophos PureMessage. It has worked well for us, few false
positives or negatives. In the last couple of weeks the false negative
rate seems a little higher with very short spam emails and gif based
pump and dump emails getting through. I'm begining to monitor this.

Will those of you using email antivirus/antispam appliances reply to
me
off-list as to which product you are using? I would also like to know
if
you are generally happy with the solution you have in place. If the
group is interested I will compile the information and report back.

**Sorry for the cross-post if you are also on Resnet-L.**
