www.anixis.com <http://www.anixis.com/> http://mypw.tcu.edu <http://mypw.tcu.edu/> We use Anixis Password Reset and Password Policy Enforcer to provide both self-service and complex passwords. It is low cost, simple to implement, rock solid, great support, has a tiny footprint on your DC's, easy to upgrade, and has an optional client for Windows boxes to help with setting passwords from the OS. You can enforce/apply by security group, OU or both.
