Vendor evaluation scorecard

Hi all,

 

I wanted to get feedback/suggestions/advice from the community regarding
evaluation of vendor security products.

 

Anyone developed a systematic approach in grading different vendor
solutions?  Any models that you guys use? (for example, we had used
FCAPS for NMS evaluation)  If so, would you mind sharing with the group
what kind of criteria were used and the methods of grading/weighing the
different criteria base on importance.

 

Any comment would help, thanks in advance!
