CUISP is no longer in existence.

It has basically been superceded by the  EDUCAUSE/Internet2 Computer  
and Network Security Task Force
and the CUISP yearly meeting has been replaced by the annual   
EDUCAUSE/I2 Computer and Network
Security Task Force sponsored Security Professionals Conference.
