Windows Authentication Logging for public machines

I'm trying to find the easiest way to implement Windows Authentication Logging for public machines (i.e. Our Cybercafé, 
Labs, Library, etc) in a central location. We are in an ADS environment, using Win2K servers. Any help would be 
appreciated.
