Or, frontend your DMCA address with an autoreply that provides a custom URL that says "Click here if you are really sending a DMCA complaint and not something else." You could include a few boxes to fill in the name of the copyright holder, infringing file, and a few checkboxes to affirm that the sender is an official agent for the copyright holder, etc. No valid reply address= no valid complaint.
