You may want to consult the responses to the Request for Information #2
available at http://www.educause.edu/issues/rfi/rfi2/
<http://www.educause.edu/issues/rfi/rfi2/> that were posted in December
2003. The goal of this RFI was: 1) to identify technology and/or
services that can distribute licensed content (music, movies, etc.) to
authorized users of information networks at U.S. colleges and
universities and, 2) document their respective capabilities and
characteristics.

If you have an agreement in place at your
University or College with any of the online music "brokerage houses"
such as Napster, RealNetworks, etc. (or if you are in the middle of
negotiating such an agreement), would you mind sending me the names,
phone #s, eMail addresses, etc. of any company representatives (i.e
account executives, attorneys, etc.)?

Investigating the feasibility of implementing a
similar agreement is on my "To Do" list...

                        Thank you.
