Here is a link to an article that might be of interest.

I've personally be using and testing a product from FBMSoftware called
Zerospyware. I've found it to be very easy to use. The tough part is
how do you know any software is finding all the incidents. Somewhere
along the line an independent party has to rate a product on either
their methodology for determining in this case spyware or the signature
database they use to determine it. Not unlike signature based
anti-virus.

How do you know you have the best one? If you never get a virus!!

If you don't even know you have the spyware how do you know you have the
best solution?

Subject: [SECURITY] keyboard logger?

Has anyone heard of a keyboard logger keykb.exe (167kb) ? A compliment
program may be named bkyek.ni (211 kb). Any information on this is
appreciated. I am not that experienced in evaluating malware so any
other tips on obtaining information about malware may help.

Thanks
