Unfortunately, they're forcing us to use Micro$oft or Solaris only:

You are using an unsupported Unix (or Unix-like) Operating System.
You can try to use Microsoft Office Live Meeting with your Netscape
Communicator 7.1 browser, but you may experience problems. For the
best experience we recommend using Windows or Solaris.

What about the real technogeeks that use *nix on their laptops and
Firefox? What about Macintosh users?

What about <insert-group-name-here>???

I feel the inability to use open-source, or open-source compatible
communication vehicles will severly limit their ability to get the message
out to the "broad" adudience of folks. Anyone know of open-source
software that can work with this format?
