since it looks like anyone can become the 'representative' for a university
for their votes about policy (I don't expect that 'evil' and 'ayzianboy' are
'official representatives' of Columbia and Duke, respectively), I wonder how
they handle conflicts in those claims? is it decided by the one who exports
the most illegal stuff?  there are cases of multiple reps/institution, so I
gather they'll take all they can get.  sure makes me glad that I2 can be
there to help efforts like this along....
