I think  you need to be more specific still. The answer usually is it
depends here. The old question of what is obscenity/pornography raises it
head here. Since we do not monitor the contents of what people send or
recieve we do not have a lot of issues like this.

Where we have "handled"  are issues where someone sends an object which is
offensive to the receiver. If its an internal source we deal with it
through student discipline procedures or through staff procedures. In the
case of staff it could be grounds for dismissal. If the source is external
we have delt with them as we woul any other form of harrasment.

like to share their formal procedures for dealing with network misuse cases
involving obscenity/pornography (adult, run of the mill type)?  I would like
