Sarbanes-Oxley

FYI-
After the recent discussion on the list, I shared the
discussion with our legal staff.  Their position here is that
Sarbanes-Oxley does not apply to not-for-profits, and since
we are a state institution, it does not apply to us.
However, they also noted that they feel we operate in a
manner consistent with S-O, and there are no operational
changes needed.
