Jim,

Morrow and I are giving a workshop at the EDUCAUSE conference in November - we will address issues related to your question. I am considering using P2P as one case example in the workshop and I am curious to know what aspect of these incidents you are mainly concerned with (e.g., network logs, protocol analysis, host analysis).
