http://openstates.org/ky/bills/2014RS/HB232/ Kentucky passed their state privacy law as of April 10th, 2014, going into effect as of July 14, 2014. According to the law, “information holder,” is defined as "any person or business entity that conducts business in the state". It appears the law is not just limited to state agencies as was previously being debated. -- Ben DeLong bkdelong1 () gmail com +1.617.797.8471 https://www.linkedin.com/in/bkdelong CV GPG Key Fingerprint: 5EEF0ABDACDD937AD08F4AF0E42DFD9081DE7CB
