357 Baptist Patients, Employees Affected by Identity Theft Case

Personal information of hundreds of patients and employees at Wake
Forest Baptist Medical Center was found in the rental home owned by a
former employee, hospital employees said Thursday.

WFBMC said in a statement that it sent letters Thursday to 136
patients and 221 current or former medical center employees, informing
them that personal information was recovered from one of Linda Bowden
Turner's rental homes in late May and early June.
