A gamer is suing Sony over the data breach in which the personal details
of more than 70 million PlayStation Network and Qriocity users were
stolen.

card data, a complaint filed in the Federal Court in San Francisco accuses

compromised, including names, email addresses, birthdates, login data and
purchase history.
