Subject: Compromise Rumors?

Any rumors out there as to whether any of the following have experienced 
recent card compromises?

Home Depot; Ross; Safeway; King Soopers; Village Inn

Wife had debit card info lifted somewhere in CO, and someone must have 
fabricated a new card that was subsequently used for about $2K in ATM 
withdrawals in LA. I always make a cursory check for skimmers attached to 
terminals, and she said that she does too. Wondering what's the likelihood 
that one of these places has been compromised, or has a hacked 
terminal.... She posted the news on FB, and there several commiserating 
complaints about fraud problems after shopping at Home Depot. Any 
info/rumors out there?
