the latest data breach to be discovered happened to MassMutual, a
Massachussets-based insurance company. One of the company's employees
databases was accessed by a (so far) unknown unauthorized individual.

MassMutual stated that maintenance of the database in question was outsorced
to a third-party vendor, who upon the discovery of the breach hired
forensics specialists to investigate and get to the bottom of the
unfortunate incident.
