2 lawmakers demand JPMorgan detail customer data breach

U.S. Republican Reps. Joe Barton and George Radanovich in a letter to 
JPMorgan Chase & Co chief executive Jamie Dimon:

* Ask bank about a lost data tape from one of the bank's offsite storage 
facilities which may contain customers' sensitive information.

* Ask Dimon to respond by Oct. 31 with how many customers affected by he 
lost data tape, how many have been notified, and whether the affected 
customers were offered a one-year free enrollment in the Chase Identity 
Protection plan.
