Deutsch said the district was slow in responding to the security breach. The district agreed with Deutsch's assertion Tuesday. "The issue did not get addressed as quickly as we would have liked," said Elizabeth Graswich, the district's director of communications. Each month, a CSEA member picks up a letter that contains both the document and a check for chapter dues of 520 CSEA members from the district payroll department.
