Binyamin Schwartz, 29, of Oak Park, Mich., was convicted of identity theft, aggravated identity theft, access device fraud and wire fraud. Schwartz gained access to the data in his work as a business software consultant for Sentry Insurance Company in Stevens Point, Wis., the U.S. Attorney's office in Nashville and the U.S. Secret Service announced in a news release.
