Matthew R. Decker, 21, was sentenced Monday by U.S. District Judge J. Thomas Marten after pleading guilty in July to reduced charges under a plea deal. Decker pleaded guilty to one count of accessing a protected computer and one count of possession of unauthorized credit card account access devices.
