One thing to note here:  if anyone notices any data loss or data theft 
incidents *not* included on the attrition data loss page, please feel free 
to submit them to myself or jericho (preferably with a corresponding news 
link).  Incidents covered on the page are not limited to the United States 
only; we have also covered items from Russia, India, and the UK in the 
past few months.
