 its being heard a lot lately , along side with "Doctrine" . i think it helps 4-star generals feel like they still can 
get a hard on and help fat defense contractor representatives to add a couple of decent looking serious slides to the 
deck .   

reading the Russian one ended and ran out of Cigars at 4 A.M and i still needed to find the Chinese strategy . thought 
it would be more like me if go watch mad men or something and ask Chinese like a polite gentleman to send me an English 
copy of theirs for tomorrow night . their ministry of public intelligence which is responsible for internal security on 
all aspects did not have an email on their english page . their ministry of defense and the PLA both have emails at 
mail.jfjb.com.cn and mail.chinamil.com.cn that always return an error "permission denied. Command output: User quota 
over." the javascript on the webmail routes to a company that sells email systems with experts and the "enterprise and 
sensitive" product had a SQLi at the first glance . its https is also self-signed and not even working .

so i liked the similarities between China toward Cyber security and Iran's . wise guys probably sat together and said 
this PKI thingy is "made-loved-to" by someone we totally don't know . so the hell with American BS propaganda 
"Strategy" ;)
