I agree though, that NIST should have like a final stage, which would be
to test the code, for security purposes (they have capabilities to do
that), but only for the finalist. Who cares of MD6 implementation if
Skein is to be the next SHA-3 and therefore, people should only use
Skein (as SHA-3).
