Many of you on dd have the tech skills. The sine qua non requirement is the
product shepherding: A "significant track record as an architect of
commercial software product, preferably overseeing a number of successful
product launches". I did not have that, siiiigh ... Pay is estimated between
110k-120k USD, need to be US citizen or Green Card Holder

Product architect
-----------------

Responsibilities include providing direction on existing product
architecture and defining the next generation architecture and design for
V.i. Labs' CodeArmor and other software protection products. The software
architect will incorporate input from marketing, customer, and engineering
to ensure the architecture and design both the short-term and longer term
market needs. The software architect will work with the engineering team to
build the products that deliver on this vision.

Important aspects of the role include mentoring members of the engineering
team, providing architectural oversight, and working with the Vice President
of Engineering in setting the development direction for the company.

Experience and Skills Required:

   - MS or PhD in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
   - Experience in role as architect at a commercial software company
   - Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal)
   - 5+ years working in or with Software Security with working knowledge of
   encryption techniques, application signing, and/or other forms of software
   protection
   - Reverse Engineering skills (demonstrable knowledge of RE tools,
   Microsoft Compilers, PE file architecture)
   - Operational understanding of application runtime internals for multiple
   operating systems (Microsoft, Unix/Linux, and popular mobile operating
   systems)
   - Team player, must be able to lead/mentor both senior and junior
   engineers
