Peach.C -- C/C++ wrapper for Peach Fuzzer

Holly integer overflow batman!!  Two Peach related releases in one
week... What is the world coming to...  Actually I've been sitting on
this code for...a while...and figured it was time to dust it off, hope
there aren't to many bugs, and send it out to the masses... the ugly
ugly masses... yes, that is you.

Peach.C is a wrapper for Peach to allow for easy instrumentation of C
and C++ applications.  Peach.C essentially loads a python interpreter
and uses the python version of Peach.  This allows for the re-use of
any/all your existing Peach python fuzzing code!!  Yippy!
