Looks like WINS is now a public bug, so we released it into non-VSC 
CANVAS. Still no MS advisory, so we'll issue our own:

Patching on Thanksgiving weekend is fun, isn't it? Assuming you know 
which patch to apply and have some way of testing that you are safe now...
