szechuan goodies in a tortilla? (highly recommended, btw).

damn, I knew there was a reason not to automate parsing for useful
information in this list. It would have flagged the stanford masterpiece
and let this bit o' proprietary culinary slip right through.

Matt Harget apparently wrote:

What is your opinion on process patents, oh great one? That is actually
what I was referring to in the now public but then private email you are
obviously reffering to. If you're against, please use the fast food
preparation process example that is so popular among IP folks due to its
technology neutrality.

Along with Halvar's fine point - that most of the planet knows nothing
of WTF you're discussing - I'd like to confess that I'm wholly ignorant
of the "fast food preparation process example". I find it hard to
imagine that Taco Bell could patent, say:

"A process and method for slopping foodstuffs onto a tortilla, rolling
the tortilla, then wrapping the resultant nutrient glob in a hygeinic
wrapper." What gives? Do I infringe T.B. every time I wrap leftover
szechuan goodies in a tortilla? (highly recommended, btw).

An URL would suffice, but a succinct description would be swell.

Thanks, and happy Halloween!
