Microsoft has released an advisory to address an elevation of privilege vulnerability in Microsoft Exchange Server. 
Anattacker could exploit this vulnerability to take control of an affected system.

The National Cybersecurity and Communications Integration Center (NCCIC), part of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure 
Security Agency (CISA), encourages users and administrators to review the Microsoft Security Advisory [ 
https://portal.msrc.microsoft.com/en-US/security-guidance/advisory/ADV190007 ] and the CERT Coordination Center's 
Vulnerability Note VU#465632 [ https://www.kb.cert.org/vuls/id/465632/ ] and consider the workarounds until an update 
is available.
