Atlassian has released security updates to address a vulnerability affecting Jira Server and Jira Data Center. A remote 
attacker could exploit this vulnerability to take control of an affected system.

The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) encourages users and administrators to review Atlassian 
Security Advisory 2019-07-10 [ https://confluence.atlassian.com/jira/jira-security-advisory-2019-07-10-973486595.html ] 
and Canadian Centre for Cyber Security Advisory AV19-143 [ 
https://cyber.gc.ca/en/alerts/atlassian-confluence-security-advisory ] and apply the necessary updates or mitigations.
