The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has released a Scam Alert addressing a "Package Delivery" themed phishing campaign 
regarding package delivery notifications from the U.S. Postal Service.  Scam operators often use false information 
linked to reputable organizations to imply the email is legitimate.
