Microsoft has released updates to address vulnerabilities in Microsoft Windows, .NET Framework, Silverlight, Office, 
Visual Studio, Lync, Internet Explorer, and Windows Defender as part of the Microsoft Security Bulletin Summary for 
July 2013 [ http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/security/bulletin/ms13-jul ]. These vulnerabilities could allow remote 
code execution or elevation of privilege.

US-CERT encourages users and administrators to review the bulletin [ 
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/security/bulletin/ms13-jul ] and follow best practice security policies to determine 
which updates should be applied.
